Not to be confused with Di'angelo Team Fortress, the 3D game based on these characters.

Team Fortress 2 is a team-based first-person shooter multiplayer video game developed by Valve Corporation. It is a sequel to the original mod Team Fortress and its GoldSrc engine remake. It was first released as part of the video game compilation The Orange Box on October 10, 2007 for Windows and the Xbox 360. A PlayStation 3 version then followed on November 22, 2007. The game was later released as a standalone package for Windows on April 8, 2008, for OS X two years later, and for Linux on February 14, 2013. Team Fortress 2 is distributed online through the download retailer Steam, while retail distribution was handled by Electronic Arts. On June 23, 2011, the game became a free-to-play title, supported by microtransactions for unique in-game equipment through Steam. The development of Team Fortress 2 is led by John Cook and Robin Walker, who originally created the Team Fortress modification for Quake in 1996.

DescriptionEdit

The characters of Di'angelo (mainly the Original 12 plus some of the new characters (and Sonja)) are the teams RED and BLU. RED team consists of the boys and BLU team consists of the girls. In the artwork, they are a lot more humanoid, then they are in the show. The characters are also a lot more mature and seem to be as intelligent as they're supposed to be in the series (except Sparki, who seems to have the same amount of intelligence as his Di'angelo (series counterpart.)). Another thing is, the characters don't refer to each other as their normal names, but as their classes (same as the game).

All of the characters seem to work together a lot easier than in the show, because they're a team (however, they've been known to leave Westley as bait for the BLU team). Milo and Sparki also seem to have a pre-existing relationship in this series, as well as in the show. Shaggy, for some reason, is the Soldier, and seems to be able to do his job well, despite being asleep the whole time. As a last minute change, Domino is now the Pyro (it was originally Binder) and Scottie is now the Demoman (originally Domino).
